BORDERS DIGITAL CHALLENGE 2012
The Club is going to need 12 great photos for this competition. I am sure they already exist in your files so please sort some out and get them to me by 17th February so Pete and I can make a final selection. Remember it's digital files that are required (JPGs) not prints.

NEXT MEETING 7th March - "MOREBATTLE"
The next challenge is to represent some aspect of the village. We are hoping many of these will go straight into the Morebattle Archive together with any other images that you may have 'acquired'. We should by then have a digital photo frame that will display in the village shop.

I've made one and the quality is pretty good considering. If you want to see it give me a call. - (offer lasts until the end of the year) - Dick

This year four of our members submitted entries for 'projected images', John, Archer, Pete and Dick. Only Dick entered 'prints'. Dick was awarded 3th place in the general category with 'Trapped Leaf and also received a 'highly commended' for the landscape 'Cessford Swell'.

13 December 2010

December meeting has had to be postponed. The floor in one of the rooms in the Institute is being relaid - and the other room is needed for storage of materials. (It was hoped to use the Village Hall as a backup - but there's a problem there too!)

A new date will be organised as soon as possible.
